Amrish Patel, MD. Medical Director, Co-Founder.

Dr. Amrish Patel serves as the Medical Director of Hydravive, where medical expertise meets modern wellness. A surgeon with nearly two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Patel brings a distinguished background in patient care, precision, and safety to Hydravive’s elevated approach to IV hydration therapy. Guided by his passion for wellness innovation, Dr. Patel oversees all clinical operations, protocols, and staff training– ensuring that every Hydravive treatment embodies the highest standards of medical excellence and sophistication. Under his supervision, our team of registered nurses and advanced practitioners deliver a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and clinically sound care where rejuvenation is both indulgent and safe. Dr. Patel believes that true wellness is proactive, personalized, and accessible. Kathleen Gangl, DNP, CRNA. Co-Founder.

With over two decades of nursing experience, Kathleen brings both compassion and clinical excellence to every patient encounter. She served the most critically-ill patients in the ICU at Emory for years as a nurse, leader,and preceptor. Kathleen currently combines evidence-based practices, expertise, and a focus on comfort delivering care as Nurse Anesthesiologist in Metro Atlanta for over 10 years. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and blends her clinical expertise with a passion for helping clients feel balanced, refreshed, and optimized through hydration and rejuvenation therapies. Whether it’s in the operating room or at the bedside, Kathleen believes wellness begins with trust, comfort, and personalized attention.

Heather Prouty, BSN, RN. Co-Founder

With over 20 years of nursing experience spanning critical care, recovery, and travel nursing, Heather brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and compassionate care directly to your home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University and began her career in the ICU along Florida’s Gulf Coast. After many years in pre- and post-operative care, Heather broadened her experience as a travel nurse — a journey that ultimately brought her back to her hometown of Atlanta. Along the way, she discovered her passion for IV hydration and wellness. Today, Heather combines her extensive medical background and advanced IV therapy skills to deliver personalized hydration services that help clients feel revitalized, balanced, and restored. Committed to excellence and comfort, she pairs clinical precision with a calm, patient-centered approach to ensure every experience is safe, seamless, and deeply rejuvenating.
